Disney Pixar's Coco follows the journey of young Miguel to find his great-great grandfather in the Land of the Dead. Coco provides us with a strong reminder that despite death, family history can transcend the years and continue to shape our families for generations to come.
This movie draws a light to Mexican culture and heritage in a beautiful way. We see Miguel and his family celebrating Dia de los Muertos—the Day of the Dead. What I love so much about Coco, was the lessons Miguel and his family learned through this journey
Family is everything! This is the main theme of the movie. Miguel and his family celebrate being together, remember the loved ones lost, and enjoy a feast together. This is a good reminder to take a step back and remember that no matter what, always make time for your family.

Remember Me (Lullaby)
Remember me
Though I have to say goodbye
Remember me
Don't let it make you cry
For even if I'm far away I hold you in my heart
I sing a secret song to you each night we are apart
Remember me
Though I have to travel far
Remember me
Each time you hear a sad guitar
Know that I'm with you the only way that I can be
Until you're in my arms again
Remember me
