 La canción que hoy comparto con vosotros es la felicidad hecha música. Tiene más de 50 años y su cantante, Tom Jones, la sigue incluyendo en los bises de sus conciertos, como apoteosis final. Y es que  It´s not unusual es especial, y perfecta para cantar en la ducha…

Corría el año 1965, y Sandie Shaw acudió un día de por entonces a los estudios Decca porque parecía que tenían una canción muy especial para ella. Ya en los estudios, un cantante desconocido llamadoTom Jones, cantó la canción para que Sandie la oyera, y si le gustaba, la incluyera en su próximo disco.

Tanto le gustó, que le dijo al productor que era fantástica, pero que la tenía que cantar Tom, ya que Sandie quedó muy impactada por su actuación. Y así fué. Supuso el lanzamiento como cantante de Tom Jones, que con ella llegó hasta el nº 1 en las listas de UK.

Glee utilizó esta canción en " Dream On" por Kevin McHale.
